Auria Travel is launching in June 2025 with a bold vision: blending digital convenience with personal service. With our first retail store opening this summer in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join us at the start of our journey.
This is a hybrid role for someone early in their career - a recent graduate or junior marketer - who's ready to get stuck in, take ownership, and grow fast. You'll manage digital campaigns, run social media, create engaging content, coordinate local marketing, and help us plan unforgettable customer events.

We're now looking for a bright, hands-on and passionate Marketing Executive to join us at the very start of this exciting journey and grow with our brand. The RoleWe're really proud of our new brand, and we want you to help us convey that. You'll be our go-to marketing person, responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activity and bringing the Auria Travel brand to life across digital and offline channels. With support from the Founder and access to external specialists where needed, you'll have real autonomy and space to carve out the role as you grow with us.
This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who's creative, digitally savvy, commercially minded, and genuinely excited about travel.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute paid social and PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Meta)
- Assist with content creation - social media posts, video, blog articles, email campaigns
- Maintain and optimise the website for content, SEO, and user engagement
- Analyse and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics and social insights
- Offline & In-store Marketing
- Manage production and delivery of local print and signage materials
- Support marketing collateral development for the retail store and window displays
- Plan and coordinate local advertising and PR opportunities
- Events & Partnerships
- Help plan and deliver customer events in collaboration with travel suppliers
- Support local networking, partnerships, and brand awareness initiatives
- Liaise with suppliers for marketing materials and co-branded promotions
- Strategic Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the annual marketing plan in conjunction with the management team
- Report monthly on return on investment
- Monitor and feedback on campaign activity
- A relevant degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar) or 1-2 years' hands-on experience in a marketing role
- A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Organised and adaptable with excellent attention to detail
- Passion for travel and enthusiasm for working in a growing start-up environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar tools
- Previous experience in the travel, retail, or hospitality sector
- Event planning or supplier liaison experience
- An understanding of AI tools
