Overview

We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and maintain our company's quality standards and certifications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ISO9001 and FPC standards, as well as experience in conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO9001 and FPC standards
  • Conduct regular internal & external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
  • Investigating & reporting any quality related customer / supplier & production issues
  • Applying root-cause analysis & corrective actions, resolving quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S and Lean 6 Sigma methodologies
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications such as IOSH or NEEBOSH
  • H&S management duties alongside Quality management tasks.
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in the quality field or equivalent work experience within manufacturing
  • Proven experience in quality management and implementing ISO9001 and FPC standards
  • Strong understanding of 5S and/or Lean 6 Sigma methodologies
  • Certification in Health and Safety such as IOSH or NEEBOSH is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Day-to-day
  • Reviewing and updating quality management systems and procedures
  • Analysing quality data and conducting root cause analysis
  • Providing guidance and support to teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conducting regular internal audits and facilitating external audits
  • Monitoring and reporting on key quality performance indicators
  • Training and mentoring employees on quality processes and best practices H&S management duties alongside Quality management tasks.
