Unipart Logistics (UL) has secured a contract to run the new, custom-built Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire. The operation is housed at Jaguar Land Rover's new Mercia Park campus, one of the largest UK warehouse developments for a single customer. It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own personal and professional goals to a world class level, through Unipart's 'From Gate to Great' training and development program.As one of our BI Analysts, you will enhance data-driven decision-making processes, providing valuable insights to optimise operational efficiency, and ensuring business intelligence and reporting capabilities align with the company and contract strategic goals.As part of your key responsibilities you'll:

• Analyse complex data sources covering all aspects of the operation campus wide
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using multiple business intelligence tools
• Design and implement robust reporting systems that deliver actionable insights to various stakeholders both within the organisation and with the customer
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business problems and data needs, so we can build the right solutions for them
• Proactively seek out new BI and data opportunities within the business, to help continually raise the benchmark of the whole operation
• Work within an Agile delivery framework, working as a team to deliver more value, faster
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and monitor the efficiency of various business processes

About YouWe'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!

• Proficient in BI tools Tableau, Power BI or similar
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position would be an advantage
• Proven skills in the use of data analysis tools to interpret issues or trends to provide insight and reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills, with use of VBA being advantageous
• Familiarity with SQL
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and/of Google suite
• Understanding of the agile development methodology
• UAT Experience
