HR Business PartnerCastle Donington 50,000 - 60,000A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused HR Business Partner with strategic, operational and transformational abilities to join a distribution/warehousing business.Having gone through a period of growth and transformation, a HRBP is required to be based from a site close to Castle Donington to provide a strategic HR service to the site, engaging with a number of key stakeholders at the site whilst ensuring the HR service that is delivered meets the needs of the business. The role of HRBP will oversee the activities of a site based HR Advisor (who is responsible for BAU activities and low level ER issues) whilst supporting the strategic (and highly ambitious yet achievable) aspirations of the SLT.As HRBP you will need to be able to operate in a matrix structure coupled with the ability to implement global projects at a local level, as dictated by Global HQ. You will offer support to the HR Director whilst developing the HR Advisor, whilst also being involved in some operational aspects as and when required.
