About the role

As our Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you'll deliver our occupational health agenda, supporting colleagues across multiple sites through expert clinical guidance, case management and proactive wellbeing initiatives.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of five, working in partnership with Operations and Corporate Functions to provide practical, people-focused solutions. You'll mainly support our Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter sites, with occasional travel to other sites.

Working closely with Human Resources, Health & Safety and senior leaders, you'll help shape how we support our colleagues' health - now and in the future.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver occupational health servicesLead on case management, health surveillance and wellbeing programmes to support colleague health across sites

• Provide expert advice and guidancePartner with Human Resources and line managers to offer clear, practical solutions on wellbeing and occupational health matters

• Use data to drive actionAnalyse trends and insights to develop targeted initiatives aligned to business priorities and Government guidance

• Support change and colleague relationsProvide wellbeing expertise during organisational change, ensuring colleagues feel supported and informed

• Shape policies and ways of workingWork with Health & Safety, Human Resources and senior leaders to review and improve Employee Health & Wellbeing processes

• Registered General Nurse qualificationNMC registered with Part 3 Occupational Health qualification

• Occupational health experienceExperience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing or a similar setting

• Clinical expertise and attention to detailAbility to apply evidence-based practice and produce clear, high-quality reports
