Systems and Insight Officer
North West Leicestershire District Council is a busy council, working across our communities to help people and businesses thrive.
We're looking for a Systems and Insight Officer to join our Housing Strategy and Systems Team.
About the role: This role will involve supporting the Housing Service in using its different ICT systems to the fullest and ensuring high quality information can be obtained from them using advanced reporting software.
Our ideal candidate: We are looking for someone experienced in providing first line support to end users of ICT systems, with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and train end users.
You will be a logical problem solver with a keen interest in IT systems and service development and will have experience in providing performance information to management using advanced reporting tools. You must be able to work as part of a busy team and work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £31,586 - £35,235
