Tenancy Sustainment Officer

This is a temporary contract ending on Maternity Cover - up to 12 months - June 2027.

We have an exciting opportunity within our Housing Management team working with residents across North West Leicestershire specifically in relation to support tenants to sustain their tenancies. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good knowledge of welfare benefits to join our busy team. The responsibilities include daily contact with tenants and/or their representatives to maximise income and signpost to relevant services. The successful candidate must be committed to delivering high quality customer service with experience in dealing with complex cases. Candidates must be both able to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.

•           36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £32,597 (band £32,597 to £36,363)

•           34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
