Public Protection Team Manager
We are passionate about improving the lives and living standards of all our residents and visitors and protecting the public and environment from harm. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a talented manager to lead and develop all the functions within the Public Protection Service in accordance with statutory requirements as well as in keeping with council policies and objectives.
This is a new role bringing environmental protection and environmental health services together for the first time so this will be a real opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact across the district. The job pack provides greater detail regarding the areas of responsibility, and the role also has a particular responsibility for private sector housing, Port Health at East Midlands Airport and events such as Download.
• 36.25 hrs per week
• Salary Band I £52,413 - £56,687per annum
