Property Development Manager
With an extensive budget allocated for the development of new sites and buildings, North West Leicestershire District Council is looking for an experienced property professional to act as "Client-side Lead" on development projects within the district in the heart of the East Midlands. This is a new role, and you will lead on a diverse range of capital projects; e.g. new industrial units, car parks, employment estates and sports facilities across the district.
To be the successful candidate you will need to be able to demonstrate creative flair to imagine and scope solutions to a varying range of accommodation needs and be able to translate project ideas into delivery and have a track record of managing delivery as the client-side lead. If you want to play a key role in shaping the future of the district, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a proactive, solution-focused approach to developing the council's property portfolio.
· 36.25 hrs per week with, depending on experience, an annual salary up to £40,777 (pay award pending) plus £963 pa essential car user allowance
