Private Rented Sector Liaison Officer – Fixed Term 12 months

It is an exciting time for Council's working with the Private Rented sector with changes to legislation creating both opportunities and challenges for us. It is with that in mind that we are looking for a Private Rented Sector Liaison Officer to work alongside our housing advice service to make best use of the PRS as part of our housing offer. You will have a genuine commitment to customer service and a knowledge of the sector, self motivated and innovative this role will be an opportunity to make a real difference to our customers. The post is for a fixed term of twelve months.

· 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £37,280 (band £37,280 to £40,777)

· 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
