Multi Skilled Electrician – 3 positions available
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works Team. You'll carry out essential electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across our housing stock - mainly in occupied homes - supporting safe, high-quality living environments and ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law. This is your chance to make a real impact in our communities while delivering excellent customer service and working alongside a passionate team.
What You'll Need:
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent
• 18th Edition Electrical BS7671:2018 Level 3
• Full UK driving licence
What You'll Bring: You'll have solid experience in domestic electrical installations, testing, and maintenance. You're confident diagnosing faults, following manufacturer guidance, and working safely in confined or challenging spaces. You're organised, self-motivated, and calm under pressure, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills that help build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
• 37 hrs per week with an annual salary of £34,396 - £38,051
• 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
