Housing Performance and Business Support Team Manager
Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for performance, tenant engagement and service improvement? We are looking for a proactive and influential Housing Performance and Business Support Team Manager to lead a key team at the heart of our Housing Service. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across performance management, business support, tenant engagement, complaints learning, governance and service assurance. You will use data, customer insight and regulatory intelligence to help shape priorities, strengthen service delivery and ensure tenants are at the centre of decision-making.
This is an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping modern, responsive and tenant-focused housing services at North West Leicestershire District Council. You will work with committed colleagues, partners and communities to deliver meaningful improvement and help build pride, passion and reputation for the council.
· 36.25 hrs per week with a starting annual salary of £54,143
· Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working
· 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
