Housing Choices Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity within our Housing Strategy and Systems Team, for the Housing Choices Team Leader. You will manage all aspects of our statutory homelessness services ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for managing our front-line homeless staff as well as ensuring the most effective use of our temporary accommodation portfolio. You will be committed to continuous improvements and ensuring our service is compliant with all legislative requirements whilst ensuring we learn from best practice. You will be have excellent interpersonal skills as our partners are key to delivering the excellence we strive for. An in-depth knowledge of homelessness is essential for this role as well as willingness to participate in our out of hours rota. 

•          36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £41,771 (Band G £41,771 to £46,142)
