We are currently seeking a customer focused individual who wants to join a busy team, determined to provide the best service we can for our customers. The Asset Management Support Officer is that first point of contact for tenants, taking their repair enquiries and ensuring the work needed to their property is scheduled. You will have effective customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer demands and call volumes, whilst maintaining the diaries of the operatives conducting the work. You must also be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.
· 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £26,403 (band £26,403 to £28,142)
· Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working
· 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
