Affordable Housing Enabling Officer
Are you interested in affordable housing and ensuring the work you do has a clear and recognisable impact on our customers? Do you have an understanding of the planning system and the delivery of new affordable housing? If so we may have the next role for you. We are looking for an affordable housing enabling officer to help us maximise the delivery of new affordable homes within the district and ensure our residents can live in safe, affordable and high quality homes within the district.
· 36.25 hrs per week with a starting annual salary of £38,510
· Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working
· 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
