Property Services Support Officer – Facilities Management
Do you have a keen interest in facilities management with a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer care? Are you a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail?
If so, we would like to hear from you. The Property Services Team are looking for a highly organised person to provide administration support to the Council's commercial and corporate property portfolio.
The successful candidate must have some previous experience of working in an administrative support role, ideally with some facilities management-related knowledge.
You will play a key role in the financial administration for the service, supporting the delivery of our compliance responsibilities and maintaining key data using our new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

• Part-time, 23.375 hours per week with an annual salary of £17,868 - £20,032 (full-time equivalent £27,711 - £31,067) pay award pending
