You will be responsible for all aspects of the account management process, including building and maintaining strong working relationships, negotiating contract renewals, preparing plans and reports, and attending account review meetings. The portfolio of accounts will largely be made up of clients in the commercial real estate sector, however there will be opportunities to diversify this portfolio if desired.This role would suit someone with experience of account management and experience within energy consultancy or a similar sector, seeking a rewarding position with a generous overall package, and excellent opportunities to develop your career.The Role:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, largely within the Commercial Real Estate sector
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for any client queries within your portfolio
  • Learn and sell the wider range of services to your clients (upselling where possible)

The Candidate:

  • Will have experience in an Account Management role
  • Will have experience of building services, energy, or similar consultancy-led work
  • Will have a UK Driving License
