Key Responsibilities Managing and prioritising your own caseload while delivering high-quality work to meet client expectations. Preparing initial site reviews and crafting site-specific strategies tailored to project goals. Delivering bespoke advice to clients across diverse projects. Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications, supported by detailed reports. Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary professionals, including architects, landscape, highways, drainage, and ecology consultants. Engaging positively with Planning Officers, Councillors, statutory bodies, and the public. Leading project meetings and negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients. Supporting team members with advice, shared workloads, and collaborative project work. Managing budgets, time recording, and invoicing to ensure efficient project delivery. Requirements Demonstrated experience in town planning, with a proven ability to manage complex projects. Comprehensive knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
