About:My client are a leading architectural firm known for innovative and sustainable design solutions. They are on the lookout for an intermediate architectural technologist to join their team.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and other technologists to develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and documents using CAD software.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD)
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
