Customer Service Co-ordinator Castle Donington £25-£27.5

Your new company Working for a leader in their field, you will report to the Dept Manager and you will support the wider team. Your new role

  • You will create cases and call activity logs.
  • Schedule service orders for maintenance jobs
  • Schedule work for technicians
  • Use internal CRM to update customer information
  • Order parts
  • Liaise with the department manager and the finance team
  • Manage subcontractors
  • Arrange travel
  • Update job sheets
What you'll need to succeed You will be highly effective and be able to demonstrate time management.
