SF are partnered with a well-established Ashby-De-La-Zouch based company to support recruitment for a Payroll Analyst on an interim basis for a minimum of 12 months. This role is an on-site position with room for flexibility. The role would suit an experienced Payroll Manager with strong knowledge of payroll processes and technical skills. Salary up to £50,000K + Bonus Flexible working hours On-site parking - Lead and support the processing and reconciliation of a monthly payroll - Working closely with the payroll team, business and HR team to improve processes and procedures - Undertake the day-to-day management of the payroll team when the Payroll Manager is absent - Providing / Creating training opportunities for junior payroll staff - Supporting the Payroll and People Services Manager with cross-functional business initiatives - Use reporting & analysis skills to complete the delivery of reports requested by stakeholders As the Payroll Advisor you will be Chartered institute of payroll professionals (CIPP) or equivalent.
