Come, join in and let’s grow together. I am a new Strala Yoga Guide and mum of 2 primary school children, looking forward to sharing Strala in the local community.
Strala focuses less on the poses, and more on freedom of movement and breathing. Influenced by Tai Chi, it’s a great way to de-stress and clear your body and mind, all delivered in a positive, easy-going environment.
We will concentrate on Strala Gentle routine, so we are left feeling confident in the flow by the end of the 6 weeks. Strala Gentle is a simple flow that opens and strengthens your body, while calming your mind. You’ll create a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility. Most of all, you’ll feel all-over great!
We will also look at different breathing techniques, Shiatsu, self-massage and meditations.
I can't wait to share with you this special Yoga that will give you the time and space to connect with yourself and leave you ready for the run up to Christmas.
The week before the course finishes we will have some Christmas cocktails/drinks in Ashby to celebrate the community we have grown together.
