Join us for a guided meditation session in a beautiful woodland setting. Take time to unwind, connect with nature and explore a new way to reduce anxiety and stress. This outdoor guided meditation session is suitable for anyone wanting to try something new to support positive wellbeing in a relaxed environment.
Group size will be kept small to enable social distancing and to provide a welcoming and safe environment that is not overwhelming.
Face coverings will not be required as the session will be held in an outdoor setting with adequate social distancing in place, but you may wear one if you prefer.
Attendee details will be retained in a GDPR compliant manner for 3 weeks following the session to allow track and trace to be completed if necessary.
