HGV Class 1 Driver working Night shifts for immediate starts in Ashby-de-la-Zouch- 17ph
Pure Staff are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers working Night shifts for the following role below.
Pay rates-
Nights: 17.00 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE ONLY
Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
NO Limited Company Contractors
Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver-
- RDC trunking and trailer swaps.
- Modern, well looked after trucks.
- Daily Vehicle checks.
- A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
- Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).
Start times can vary but we are looking to start between 18:00-18:30. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
HGV Drivers required immediately for temporary work for a client who specialises in RDC and store deliveries across the UK. Our customer in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is one of our largest clients based in the Leicestershire area and are well known for treating their drivers well from previous positive feedback.
The customer is looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers who are flexible to work Monday-Friday but also be flexible towards the work due to support their customer's needs.
Our client will be accepting HGV Driver who fit the criteria listed below:
The ideal HGV Class 1 Driver will have-
- A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
- 2 years' experience is essential for this role.
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Card
- Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
- Successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
