If youre an experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer and youre looking to take that next step, make a role your own and be mentored and work with the best names in the biz, then look no further.Job RoleYour key responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct property valuations and appraisals.
  • Create longstanding client relationships, providing expert advice on property sales and purchases.
  • Manage the sales process from listing to closing, including negotiation of offers and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate new business, relationships, and partnerships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
  • Run your own office and create a local network.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator & Valuer.
  • Proven history of winning new business.
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and car.
