Regional Sales Manager - Permanent Modular Buildings Basic circa 50,000 + Tax Efficient Company Car Indicative postcode: LE65 1JP Suitable homebase locations could include: Lutterworth, Leicester, Nottingham, Oakham, Tamworth, Measham Your New Employer A financially secure and profitable manufacturer of Permanent Modular Buildings from a single unit to a large standalone multi storey / multi bay installation. They mostly operate as a Principal Contractor but will also work as a specialist sub contractor supplier of modular buildings to Tier 1 Contractors. The role You will cover the M1 corridor and the East Midlands selling Permanent Modular buildings which are fully building regulation compliant. Projects range from 350k up to 4m and are often delivered into the following sectors: Education, Health, Leisure, Offices and Industrial. You will work with existing clients as well as bringing on new clients selling innovative and sustainable buildings. About you You will either have sold Permanent Building Regulation Compliant Modular Buildings or a similar MMC solution. Experience of conducting site inspections in order to propose unique winning solutions a distinct advantage.
