The Team & Focus of the Role

We're on the lookout for our new Digital Marketing Manager! This role will implement, support and progress the digital systems which relate to our Bid Development, Marketing and Communication teams. This involves development of the Fisher German website, sourcing of suppliers and ongoing management of the supplier relationship. You will also manage the eMarketing function to support central marketing campaigns and local office initiatives to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.

This role will appeal to you if you love to communicate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business and with external partners.

This position is offered as a job share and requires a minimum of 3 days a week however we can consider full time hours (37.5). We offer a hybrid working scheme which equates to 3 days in the office (at least 2 in Ashby and potentially one in Market Harborough) based on a full time role.

Duties will include:

Website - management and development of the Fisher German website

Emarketing - critically review our current emarketing system and visual output. Evolve our current processes and visuals.

Brand - maintain Fisher German's online brand positioning as a multi-disciplinary firm and ensure our brand is consistently expressed and delivered

Marketing campaigns - work with BD&C colleagues to support divisional marketing plans and suggest ways to best target and execute messages or campaigns

Analyse - reporting on agreed KPI's and continuous improvement supported by SEO activity, clear reporting of client journey with recommendation on improving touchpoints.

Enquiries and registrations - manage centrally received requests and enhance the current system

Liaise - discuss content with website stakeholders and ongoing review.

Data - liaise with firmwide colleagues to ensure our marketing data is GDPR compliant

Research - evaluate new digital channels and market trends to continually improve our output

Planning - present strategies, plans and results to senior stakeholders, identify impact, areas of success and optimisation for future planning and delivery

The successful candidate will have

Previous experience of managing digital marketing activities

Experience of running targeted emarketing campaigns and database management

Strong ability to analyse and report on digital marketing statistics (google analytics, SEO, open rates)

Understanding of website development and ability to analyse statistics to draw out trends

Confident and articulate with the ability to listen, communicate with and present to people at all levels

Good organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to produce creative solutions and produce measurable results

Strong desire and focus to deliver added value

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of GDPR and laws and legislation regarding email and direct marketing

Experience of Adobe Creative including Photoshop and/or Indesign desirable
