Property ManagerPertemps are recruiting for a motivated and experienced property manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day day operations and management of residential and/or commercial properties within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing exceptional customer service.Full Time, A structured working week: -Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -Week 2: Four weekdays, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (enjoy a day off in the week)Salary: £25kSkills and Qualifications:
- Experience in property management, leasing.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft office suite.
- Possession of a full driving license
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathetic and able to build positive relationships.
- Skilled negotiator with a minimum of two years experience.
- Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
- Conducting property valuations
- Managing property finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments
- Overseeing staff employed on the property.
- Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services
- Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers.
- Managing tenant screenings and evictions
- Enforcing occupancy rules
- Preparing regular property-status reports for stakeholders
- Advertising units and negotiating lease terms
- Coordinating maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Coordinator
