Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Inspector to work in their leading facility in Swadlincote For the successful Quality Inspector our client is offering:

  • £28,000.20 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 6 am - 1.30 pm / 1.30 pm - 9 pm / 9 pm 4:30 am rotating weekly
  • Permanent contract with a reputable company
  • Free parking

The role of a Quality Inspector:

  • Reporting to the Quality Coordinator this role predominantly is based within the factory area and focuses on inspecting products and confirming to release procedures
  • QC checking outbound deliveries to ensure a high standard is achieved and maintained
  • To ensure customer specifications are met
  • To ensure discrepancies are recorded and brought immediately to the attention of the Quality Co-Ordinator.
  • To maintain records and paperwork as required.
  • To maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Operating FLT Counterbalance and Reach Trucks in a safe manner

What our client is looking for in a Quality Inspector:

  • Previous experience within a Quality Control role - ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of SOPs, ISO(Apply online only), and PS(Apply online only) - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous quality experience within a Warehousing environment - HIGHLY BENEFICIAL
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Previous experience operating Fork Lift Trucks - ESSENTIAL
  • Must hold an external and in-date FLT license - BENEFICIAL
