We are currently looking to recruit a Part time Business Development Executive for our client based in Leicestershire.

The main purpose of this dual role combines managing the internal business development pipeline whilst driving growth of new business development. You will maintain valued relationships with existing clients and be motivated to develop and promote the company.

To be considered for the Business Development Executive role, you ll require the following essentials:

  • The ability to generate new business leads and growth of current pipeline
  • Demonstrable success in business development within professional or legal services
  • Be approachable with good interactive and communication skills
  • Experience of dealing with key stakeholders/business owners
  • Strong team player and excellent relationship building skills

Reporting to the Director, you ll also be:

  • Develop key opportunities for increasing new business within the Legal industry
  • Identifying and researching potential new clients
  • Be ambitious and target driven
  • Work to build strong business relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Plan and assist in the preparation of pitches and proposals
  • Show an interest in market trends and research
  • Encourage and promote the Business to enhance existing relationships and grow revenue
  • Monitor and manage the sales information
  • Work closely with the Marketing team
  • To comply with all quality standards
  • Attend relevant networking shows and exhibitions
  • Ensure compliance is in place whilst keeping confidentiality of clients and information at all times

Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary is upto £45,000 per annum pro rata
  • Part time up to 21 hours per week flexible days
