NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Fostering Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency as a Senior Practitioner.

They are a non profit organisation with a Good Ofsted rating so you can be assure you are working with a team that puts children and foster carers at the core of what they do, leaving you with greater job satisfaction knowing you will be making a real difference in the live of foster children.

The role is quite unique as you won't have a caseload; instead, you will be part of their fostering recruitment service. This means you will work closely with the development manager in order to expand the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Support the service development manager in order to help grow the service of foster families
• Recruitment of foster families across all hubs
• Oversee the supervisors of independent Form F assessors

Requirements:

• Experience in Form F assessments, fostering panel procedures, and preparation to foster.
• Knowledge of the fostering regulations in respect to assessments
• Driver
• Registered with Social Work England
