Property Data Officer (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
North West Leicestershire District Council is a busy council, working to effectively manage its property assets whilst delivering excellent services to our tenants and other Council departments.
We're looking for a Property Data Officer (CAFM) to support the implementation and management of our new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system within the Property Services Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding the CAFM system to support the management of the council's non-housing property assets. Acting as the council's super-user, you will ensure accurate record-keeping, provide training to staff, and optimise system use to support compliance, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
If you are passionate about data, systems, and delivering high-quality services, this is the role for you. We are looking for someone with proven experience working with CAFM or a similar property management software or in a related role in an administrative capacity. You must be detail-oriented, organised and confident in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
With excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, you need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, solving problems and helping others get the best out of the CAFM system.
