£19,000 -£23,000 per annum DOE.

We are looking for a mature individual to join our client s ever-increasing team due to demand and growth and who are specialists in the property sector for their branch in Ashby de la Zouch.

Experience in estate agency is not essential as full training will be given, however the successful candidate must be well presented and have excellent customer service skills, computer literate and a great personality.

The role will involve general reception duties, meeting and greeting clients both existing and new, taking phone calls, fielding enquiries and calling out / following up to create new business opportunities.

Whilst experience in Estate Agency is preferred, experience from other sales/ customer services industries will be considered.

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 09.00am until 17.30pm and every other Saturday 09.00am until 13.00pm. Hours can be negotiated (Part time - 3 full days a week or 5 days 9am - 15.00pm)

Job Responsibilities

  • General Reception Duties.
  • Meeting and Greeting Clients.
  • Providing support to the Sales team and office,
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries and calls,
  • Dealing with internal and external emails,
  • Client contact
  • Providing support with ad-hoc duties in line with business requirements,
  • Sales progression chasing, dealing with solicitors and clients with updates.
  • Data entering/ Registering clients on the system.
