About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Branch Manager with a solid background in the industrial sector to lead our growing team in Castle Donnington. If you have previously managed a recruitment branch or held a senior recruitment position for 4+ years within the industrial sector, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of the branch, managing key client relationships, mentoring a team of recruiters, and ensuring continued growth within the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations, focusing on the industrial sector.
• Drive business growth through strategic client development and strong account management.
• Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to grow the branch and expand its client base.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to capitalise on new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Branch Manager or at least 4+ years in a Senior Recruitment role within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of the industrial job market and client needs.
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving business growth.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and developing successful recruitment strategies.
