Conveyancing Fee Earner





Job role: Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

Department: Conveyancing Responsible to: Head of Department and all Directors Contract: Full time, 35 hours a week, 9 - 5 with the option of hybrid working with up to 3 days from home.

About the role We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner (with a minimum of 6 years PQE) to join our team at Fishers Solicitors managing a varied caseload of transactional work.

Main responsibilities: Handling a varied caseload of residential property conveyancing matters and any other such matters including shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, adverse possession claims and other more complex residential property work.

Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and that the client is kept informed throughout, delivering exceptional customer service.

Complying with all file and case management quality standards in accordance with the Law Society and CQS requirements Assisting the Head of Department and other team members to promote the department as a whole and assist with the firm's marketing initiatives.

Networking with other professionals and contacts, both individually and as part of a team Diligent and accurate use of the firm's case management system Skills, qualifications, and experience Interested applicants should be either: A qualified Solicitor Fellow of CILEX or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum 6 years PQE; Have experience of working within a busy Conveyancing department; Have the ability to own and handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision; Have exceptional client care skills; Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise; A high level of attention to detail; A can-do attitude; An ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently; Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written);
